Inside Out: Making Sense of our Emotions

Emotions are part of being human—but when they take the lead, life can get messy. Anxiety leaves you reeling, and anger can leave you full of regret. But what if your emotions didn’t hold that kind of power? What if they became tools for growth instead of traps? Together, let’s turn to the Bible and find clarity in what we’re feeling.

Wreck the Roof

Someone you love is hurting—emotionally, physically, or spiritually. How far would you go to help? In the Bible, four men carried their paralyzed friend to Jesus, believing Jesus was their only hope. But they couldn’t get to Jesus because he was in a small house surrounded by people. So they got scrappy and lowered him down through the roof. If you face obstacles when trying to reach people for Christ, don’t give up. Wreck the Roof.
